Horgolt lakóautó // Crochet campervan

Ennek a campernek a mintáját a Kreatív Horgolás magazin 2017/1. számában találtam és első látásra beleszerettem! Nagyon tetszenek az ilyen rendhagyó, kreatív ötletek, amik apró részletekkel alakítanak ki egyedi, kuckós összhatást. Ráadásul ezek az alternatív lakóterek egyébként is izgatják a fantáziámat a horgolás bugyrain kívül. Szóval nem nagyon volt kérdés, hogy meghorgolom-e :)

Az utánfutó külső váza kartonpapír köré épül, először ezt horgoltam meg. Viszonylag gyorsan haladtam, mert be voltam zsongva, hogy minél előbb kész legyen! Illetve haladós is a projekt, egyráhajtásos pálcákból épül fel.

Ezután következtek a részletek: emeletes ágy, ablakok, ajtó, szekrény, párnák, lámpa, szőnyeg, pótkerekek. Az apróságokhoz maradék fonalakat használtam fel, mert mindegyikhez kevés kellett és ugye fontos ezeket is hasznosítani (nem mindig új fonalakat venni…), szóval ez jó alkalom volt.

A végeredmény egy kuckós, rusztikus játék lett, amivel szerintem szuperül lehet utazósdit, piknikezősdit játszani a kicsikkel - ez sokszor meg is valósult az unakohugikkal és öcsikkel :) Nem tökéletes, kicsit elnagyolt, kicsit pontatlan, kicsit random, de szerintem pont ezért egyedi. Tipp: a Playmobil figurák tökéletesen alkalmasak bevetésre a camper méreteihez mérten.

Az alternatív lakóterekről, formákról pedig talán később picit többet megosztok, legalábbis arról, hogy miért tetszenek nekem annyira nagyon. De most őszintén: nem vonzó a gondolat, hogy a hely, ahol lakunk nincs bebetonozva valahol, hanem magunkkal vihetjük bárhová, ahová csak megyünk?

I found this lovely camper’s design in one of the Praktika Amigurummi magazines (x. issue). It was love at first sight, because I really like the unique, cozy look of it. Moreover, I’m particularly interested in the possibilities of alternative housing outside the bubble of crochet too. So it wasn’t really a question whether or not to crochet it.

The base of the camper is built around a sheet of carton paper, I started with this part. I was really tempted to get it done as soon as possible, so I tried to crochet fast. It wasn’t that hard of a deal, because the base consists of double crochet stitches.

After that I continued with the details: bunk bed, windows, door, cabinet, pillows, lamp, rug, spare wheels. I used old bits and pieces of yarn, it was a good reason to use some of them up.

The end result is a cozy, rustic toy, which is perfect for playing with the little ones. It’s not perfect, a bit wonky, but it’s certainly one of a kind and I’m proud of it. (Quick tip: Playmobil figures are just perfect to play within the camper.)

Maybe later on I’ll share more about why I’m really interested in alternative housing… Honestly, isn’t it exciting to be able to move our home with us wherever we go? And all of the practical, qenius ideas and solutions for the issue of living in a small place make this dream of mine more and more exciting.
